Welcome to our 5 day Mini Wellness Bootcamp!

This week (February 16-20) I'm going to be sharing some of my personal tips and tricks for establishing good habits and maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle. The goal is to get you in the routine of eating more whole foods and water, eating less sugar and processed foods, and fitting a little bit of exercise into your life each day.

There are two ways to play!

1. Choose Your Own Adventure
+Simply use my blog and recipes for some inspiration and set your own routine!
+You can join our Instagram community by using the hashtag #inspirejoyfitforlife if you post your meals and workouts. Click through the hashtag to find other Bootcamp members and give them some love and support!

2. Full VIP Immersion!
+All of the above PLUS an extra layer of personalized accountability by a membership in my private Facebook community, Fit For Life! This is an ongoing support group and you get lifetime membership beyond the Mini Bootcamp.
+Daily Check-In’s throughout the Mini Bootcamp to keep you accountable.

How to Get Started

1. Simply commit to respecting your body this week! Reward it with delicious whole foods, and gift yourself some energy and mood boosting endorphins by fitting in 30 minutes of exercise each day. Walking counts :)

2. Use my Clean Eating grocery list and recipe guide to inspire you to get a little more creative in the kitchen!
